Nature is our greatest teacher.

Guided by Ruta, you’ll experience the outdoors in a new way — through mindful walking, sensory exploration, and forest therapy practices that awaken all your senses.

You’ll learn how deep engagement with nature — not just being outside, but truly connecting — supports your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

This is your invitation to slow down, notice, and belong to the natural world again.

🧘‍♀️ YOGA & INNER BALANCE

After time spent in nature, in the afternoon we will turn to yoga. Here yoga becomes a powerful way to integrate and embody what you’ve experienced outdoors.

Guided by Kotryna, you’ll move through a flowing vinyasa and stiller yin practice, finishing with some restorative elements. Practice will be supported by breathwork and meditation to help you listen inwardly, release tension, and find stillness.

Through movement and breath, we remember that we, too, are part of nature — cycles of change, energy, and rest live within us.

Rooted in ancient yogic wisdom and supported by modern science, yoga offers practical tools to balance the nervous system, calm the mind, and restore harmony to body and soul.

Our day begins in Glion in the morning, above Montreux, where we’ll set off on a mindful walk surrounded by autumn colours and beautiful views.

Guided by Ruta, you’ll explore the healing connection with nature through forest therapy and sensory practices.

After a nourishing picnic lunch, we’ll continue our gentle hike toward Montreux, integrating and enriching the experience with a nourishing yoga session, taking time to breath, ground and strech your body, led by Kotryna in a peaceful local studio, finishing the program by 6pm in the evening.
