Do I need to book my class?

Yes, all classes need to be booked in advance, you can do it as early as you want, but no later than 2 hours before the class.

How to use 'My Bookings' to book a new class from a class pass or subscription?

  • Click on 'Connect and Manage My Bookings'.
  • Enter your email address with which you registered when you purchased.
  • Enter the code that you will receive by email.
  • Once connected, go on the left side menu to 'Subscription Bookings'
  • Click 'Manage'.
  • Choose 'Book Remaining Slots' to book your next class or reschedule.

What is the scheduling policy?

You can book your class as early as you want (calendar is open for bookings for a month in advance). Yet, you should book no later than 2 hours before the class start.

What is the rescheduling policy?

If you can't make it to your mat, remember to reschedule at least 2 hours before the class. Otherwise you will lose it. There are only 6 spots in the studio, thank you for your understanding.

How to reschedule a class?

To not lose your class, reschedule it at least 2h hours before the start.

How to do it?

Option 1:

  • In your booking confirmation email there is a link to 'Reschedule'. Following this link you will be automatically logged in 'My Bookings' and you can follow the steps to reschedule.

Option 2:

  • Click on 'Connect and Manage My Bookings' on 'My Bookings' page.
  • Enter your email address with which you registered when you purchased.
  • Enter the code that you will receive by email.
  • Go on the left side menu to 'Upcoming Bookings'.
  • Choose the class that you want to reschedule and press 'Manage Booking'.
  • Choose 'Reschedule' and choose a new slot in the calendar to finish your new booking.
  • This way the previous class will be cancelled and the new one will be booked.
