Online. Classes will be live on Zoom and recorded.

Also, there will be a course platform with pre-recorded 15-20 minutes sessions that you can watch and practice anytime.

We will start with a first live class on the 10th of October, Friday (Zoom, all classes will be recorded and put on the course platform within 24 hours).

The live classes will take place on Fridays 12:15-13:15 (60 mins, during lunch break). Here are all the dates:

1st: October 10th

2nd: October 24th

3rd: October 31st

4th: November 7th

We will follow a specific framework over 5 weeks with live & pre-recorded sessions:

  1. Introduction to the 'BASE FLOW', a complete gentle yoga asanas sequence that can be used alone or to create any yoga practice
  2. Practice with the pre-recorded sessions and the BASE FLOW.
  3. 'BASE FLOW' + Modifications to ground and calm
  4. 'BASE FLOW' + Modifications to energize
  5. 'BASE FLOW' + Modifications for strength

Each live session, we will revisit the 'BASE FLOW' and see how we can change it for different intentions and objectives.

Two additional 60 minutes pre-recorded yoga practices with me:
