I am thrilled to introduce my mini online summer yoga course designed to enhance your overall well-being with a special focus on your back health. We will achieve this through gentle yoga that integrates a specific movement framework accompanied with some breathwork & meditation practices.

As a passionate yoga practitioner and facilitator, I have noticed again and again that my students, friends and fellow yoga teachers keep bringing back the same question: can yoga help with back pain, and if yes, how? The asnwer is: yes, yoga can help a lot, and there is tons of scientific research to back it. This course seamlessly integrates back-care and strengthening practices within a holistic movement frameowrk helping you feel great in your body.

We will kickstart with a Pre-Recorded Welcome Class on Thursday, June 12th. This class will cover some theory on back pain, orientation, and information.

The course will take place every Friday 12:00-12:30, 30 mins during lunch break. Here are the dates:

As a yoga student and teacher, I’ve been amazed by how many people experience back pain: 84% of people experience back pain at leats once in their live (WHO). Many have turned to yoga to alleviate their issues. Me too, I was also touched by back pain after having my kids. Through my studies, practice, courses, webinars, and research, I found numerous solutions to take better care of my back and overcome the pain. Now, I’m excited to share these learnings with you. I will guide you through this mini-course to help you strengthen and nurture your back in a gentle and loving way.

By taking care of your back and overall wellbeing, you can fully embrace the joys of summer. Whether you're playing with your kids, gardening, goig on a beach vacation, feeling good in your body enhances every experience.

We will follow a specific framework over 4 weeks, focusing on different movements each week to strengthen and nurture your back:

  1. Happy Hips
  2. Gentle Backbends and Forward Folds
  3. Exploring Side Movements & Twisting
  4. Strengthening (Spine and Core)

Each week, we’ll dive into one of these anatomical movement pillars incorporating it in a gentle yoga flow.

Back pain can be complex, as you might know already or will lear in the course. We are all different, and some might need more classes and movemet to feel the benefits, some might benefit from more breathing and meditation techniques that help to destress, relax, concentrate.
